Crank Bearing question

I was tearing apart a 1960 A10 to put all the parts in 54 plunger casese upon splitting the cases The crank bearing race stayed in the case and the bearing inner came out..It is a roller bearing is this normal somewhere I red that they were a 2 piece bearing but I cant find that imfo for the life of me..

G'day Drew.
Usually the race stays on the inner on the crankshaft. A previous owner put the wrong bearing in (NJ instead of an NF). Roller bearings come in a few variants of the same size see here http://www.nsk.com/products/rollerbearing/cylindrical/

As a matter of interest, the NF bearing is hard to find these days in Australia. Don't know how the rest of the planet is going with these.
