I HAVE RETURNED, and to prove it I am here!
I have had the best BSAOC weekend camp yet! The Derbyshire Peak District is wonderful; tiny winding roads, some with grass growing in the middle; very steep ups, and then just as steep downs requiring careful road placement and braking especially as the roads were still wet after rain earlier on Saturday.
The scenery there is stunning. I've put 250 miles on the trip meter. I met a bunch of very friendly BSA folk from all over the UK but I must say a great big thank you to the organisers from Warrington branch who made the weekend happen. I WILL GO AGAIN!
The lunch stop on Saturday was at this place

My machine is currently plastered in mud so tomorrow it will get a good clean.
