Yeah i think its all there.... bolts and stuff will need replacing and the primary chain case has a small split in it  but i intend to check the engine over thoroughly before reassemble. i think at the moment my biggest search will be for a replacement rear mudguard i would like to keep it original if i can so i need one with the hinged lower section  it'll take some serious searching

G'day Lordbob, 
That looks like a great way to start. Checking everything before assembly should give you a better ride than buying one "going" (to blow up shortly).
I saw a Longstroke Plunger on the IOM when I was there.

Yes your probably right on the frame the rigid must have been a bit of a bone shaker.

Yes I can see many hours of searching in front of me but thats all part of the challenge
