A10 1960 Swinging Arm Side Stand

Not sure if I have the correct side stand on my bike as it seems a little short. Can anyone please tell me what the measurement is from the hinge pivot to the end of the stand.

Just popped to the garage and on the 1960 A10 (original stand I am pretty sure)
from the centre of the hinge pivot to the flat shoe 8 inches, then centre of hinge pivot across to the trip of the flat show 9 inches
