Dual seat bolts
« on: 31.01. 2016 16:49 »

Before I order, can anyone confirm that these are the correct dual seat bolts for the RGS dual seat? (BSA p/n 42-9061) I know that these bolts are correct for a goldie. I do have an a RGS parts list (such as it is) but the dual seat retaining bolts are not listed.

Hi,
I thought that the RGS parts lists only list the parts that are unique  to it
So if not listed they are as Goldie  ????

John thanks for your comment. I thought that might be the case. I was thrown because on the Barleycorn engineering site it listed the part as "not RGS" Anyway I have ordered a pair so I shall soon find out. I cannot think of any reason why the bolts would be different.

Those bolts were used until the wide seat was introduced.
The RGS bolts are similar to my knowledge.
The set that I have have domed ends, not counter bored.
