swing arm spindle bolt
« on: 28.08. 2016 15:57 »
I dont have the frame here, and cannot check for myself.

I am trying to find the size of 66-2010, this is the bolt that holds the hollow swing arm spindle in place on the drive side. All I am finding is dashes, X's, or question marks on any of the good lists I know of.

Does anyone know off hand what the specs on this bolt are? I need to order one, and now is the time (wife is at her sisters) ;).

 Thank you,
Lee

I believe a 1/4 inch cycle thread is required, can't go down the shed at the mo, but length should be easy to sort out

 OK, Baxter says 5/16-26 x 1/2, Bill says 1/4-26 and I will stick with 1/2. *smiley4*

I am just going to order both, that way I am covered. I am sure whichever is incorrect will find a home somewhere else.

 Thanks guys!
