Future RGS or Super Rocket clone?
« on: 04.10. 2017 07:17 »
Looking up other BSA frames to get an idea on fair market value for a basket case deal for a friend was trolling FeeBay and came across a recently completed auction that seemed to stir the cockles of the BSA nutters.
Some debate could occur on the future of this frame and what might become of it, but though it was interesting.

The future of that frame is to have GA yadda yadda stamped into it and one day it will be a REAL Hemi Cuda. *contract*

Give me a super flash any day including Sunday.

Yep, I kind of thought the same thing.  We have a 68 & 69 Chevelle and bucking the trend to slap SS on them,  They are just Malibus!  Being built like what we grew up with with a few tasteful upgrades.  But on some of the car sites I am also on people speculate all the time about rusted out base models and how long before they are rare performance models up for bid at Barrett Jackson.
When you go to swap meets and people are asking stupendous amounts of lucre for date coded engine blocks and transmissions,, even certain stock carbs with the right numbers.
Wonder what those are for?    *eek* *eek*
