Brit Cycle parts. Australia

Hi All.
A little late but best wishes to all for the new year.
 Has anyone had recent contact with Britcycle parts?  He has something on the website that I would like to buy but I never get a reply to my messages, I've used the 'contact' facility on his website and also a direct email.  Does anyone know of a reason or an issue that could be the cause of this?

 Dunno  anything about- at first thought you meant British Cycle Supply (Can/US), but no. They just down the road an hour or so from me, but no phone to call- can't be all that serious..maybe on a scrounge O/S

Hi Dutch.
I've dealt with him before with no issues but now cannot even get a response. Perhaps I'll try again but I didn't want to pester the guy if theres a genuine reason why he's unable to reply! Thanks, Pete
