Pile of Flywheels
«

Folks,
Here's a hard question. Faced with a stack of flywheels, how do I find one which is for a 1958 large journal A10? Are there distinguishing marks or casting numbers? Will an A65 flywheel fit an A10 crankshaft?
Thanks for your help!

In answer to your last question; No.
I looked at fitting a late A65 flywheel to an A10 crank and gave up in the end. Whilst the ID is the same, it's the cutaway for the big ends that'll prevent you from fitting it. The A65 flywheel is also smaller in OD at 175mm so you should be able to identify those at least.

Excellent, thanks. I've got a new crank in standard size with good splines - but no flywheel...

Love to. Postage from the UK might be a challenge though!
