How would a conversion table on the wall help ?

My wrenches start at around 34 to 160 ft lbs.
I want to go from o to 34.

Ah - thought you had N/m calibration and you wanted ft/lbs in which case a conversion table would help. My heavy duty torque wrench is N/m and it helps me when I am working on old stuff.
Yes the smaller wrenches are quite pricy - I got lucky and picked up a nice MHH 0-60 ft/lbs for a tenner at a bike jumble last year.

Both of my wrenches are calibrated in Mn & Ft lbs.

I bought a good brand 1/2” drive wrench and the calibration was miles out! Around 40% “low” I would not trust one without checking the calibration first (it caused me to strip down a newly built engine and tighten big end nuts  )
