A10 tire air pump
« on: 09.10. 2020 19:14 »
Does any body here is lucky as me to have the tire air pump attached with the bike? Is it rare to find one of those pumps? As my friend have been looking for one for a while. Any one have an extra one that wants to sell it let me know.

Thanks

Has anybody ever pumped up a motorbike tyre with what looks very much like a bicycle pump?

You might just get enough air in to ride to the garage if you have fixed a puncture at the side of the road?

It's a 12" bicycle pump. Used to be available in Halfords for about £4. There'a a posh varity available on the VMCC webshop for £45.
200 pumps gives 22 psi to a 3.50 x 19 tyre. Something I have discovered on a number of occasions over the years.

I have.
It is quite effective. Takes a little time, but it works.   *sleepy*
You only have to go to twenty odd PSI where a bike tire has to go to 96 PSI.

I also carry a foot pump in the sidecar.

Not if they can possibly help it! I don't think my old ticker could withstand level of punishment.
