A7SS Which is oil feed coupling on engine?

Just to be sure, I believe the top coupling on the engine crankcase is the oil feed? the lower "outer" coupling the return to the oil tank.
The lubrication diagram is not very easy to read.

The bottom connection is the feed. Crankcase usually has F and R stamped in the appropriate position.
