Distance piece crankshaft

hi all , anyone know where i can get a crankshaft distance piece 67-1138,  - ive tried all the usual places and trawled the net with no  luck . Anyone on here could sell me one ? many thanks , Phil . ( or dimensions thereof so i can get one made ) .
