Control Cable sizes

I'm on their site and wondering what size cables, outer cables, nipples etc I should order? Has anyone got a handy list they could help me with?

I'd normally use size 1 for carb / mag cables and 2 or 3 for front brake / clutch. I have in the past used a size 2 inner in a size 3 outer which makes the action slightly more free.
