Revs speed ratio

My bike at an indicated 60 mph is showing an indicated 3500 rpm on the rev counter in 4th gear. As a matter of interest is this about right?

That would be pretty close John. My cafe reads 3250 at 60 with tall primary gearing (= to a 24 engine sprocket).
