Plunger rear hub question
«
on:

Hi lads,
Is the left side sleeve nut on a plunger hub LH or RH thread?
I can't get the nut off either way, so before starting to use brute force I'd like to be sure which way to turn.
Thanks already.

If its the longer nut on the left side of the rear axle that retains the sprocket then it is RH thread. I had mine off last night to swap over brake shoes.
Apply a bit of heat and it might loosen up.
Good luck! :)
