Replace Wheel Spokes
« on: 20.10. 2014 17:12 »
Hi,

Has anybody any experience in replacing the odd spoke in a front or rear wheel? Is it possible, with disturbing the other spokes?

On hubs with a spoke flange  a new spoke can usually be fitted without bending etc.....these flanges are on the early half width 7 inch braked front wheels

Hi Guy's, many thanks for the replies. It looks like the rear hub has straight pull spokes, but the front, which has a 8" half width brake, might be a problem.
