Got a phone call this afternoon. The widow of the guy I got my Velocette from still has a few bikes, and a good friend of she and her husband was wondering if I might be interested in an Ariel Square Four, Triumph Thunderbird and Norton Model 50. Never had any interest in the Square Four, but the Norton...... told him if she wants to wait about 6 months I may be able to swing a deal on that. Been making 2 mortgage payments since March, but should be closing on sale of the old house in a few weeks. With a little time to recover, I may be able to do something then. The real question is, why am I even interested???? I currently have 4 project bikes not yet finished and a couple more in the shed waiting their turn. I certainly don't need another, but.........................I'm a very sick individual.
