Uhhh, maybe it's just phraseology, but based on what's written here she has due right to object.

When I started to restore my machine I put all the costs into a spreadsheet so I could see the running total. Eventually I stopped recording because I could see that the total was heading towards £4k and I just didn't need the agro from SWMBO (https://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=SWMBO)

Guess I'm lucky. My wife's never complained about the bikes. Bought a TR6 on my lunch break once. Had her take me to get it after work. She walked around it and said "honey, you got a deal!". Brought home a wrecked Commando. Neighbor lady was there and asked "don't you get tired of him bringing this crap home?" Wife opened the garage door, neighbor said "but those are nice", to which wife replied "they all looked like that when he brought them home". In 30 years she's never once complained about another bike. Think she's a keeper.

Got off the plane from a stint abroad to find my wife had bought me my Star Twin. There as as many of her bikes in the shed as there are mine. Got some sheep in the field too. What man could ask for more?
