Hi guys, If I take off the return pipe (upper) on the crankshaft should I have oil coming out by repeatedly kicking over? 1958 A10. cheers.

A method that is much easier on the leg is to remove the spark plugs ,put it in gear and take it for a short walk/Push up the road.
