for looks and reliability just buy the kwack 800 and stick BSA badges on it
....and another thing..... I've just been googling images for BSA Gold Star because I'm geekily looking at rear mudguard stays for a project and, you've guessed it, there are more images of the new 'BSA' than the original. Don't know how they had the nerve to call it a Gold Star!
Thought Brooklands had closed a while back, so dunno how the Indians managed to get their new bike to earn the Gold Star badge ....

Don't know how they had the nerve to call it a Gold Star!I'm sure you do know really: The Gold Star name is legendary, like the name Bonneville. The new machine is a single, as was the original, also the 1971 BSA B50ss 'Gold Star'. What else could they name it; Golden Flash? I expect they'll use that name when they bring out a twin. . What name would you prefer, if any?
I can't believe that in 2022 they're still charging different prices for different colours, unless there's additional doo-dads fitted to different colour bikes?
